Uhm how can Cilicia be Carthage? Cilicia is in Anatolia?
Anyways remove Nicomedia from the Arzawa and give it to the Phrygians.
And you forgot to give Cyprus to the Mycenaeans.

Edit: and can you give me the faction banner files or not? I asked this like 5 times..

that small hole is a good idea, it holds the heat. but they made a mistake...they cooled the bronze in water! if bronze cools down too fast it gets brittle. especially when you use more than 10% tin. which is quite common for axe or knife blades (yes, blade is just as correct as "axe head" ). i'll use about 15% tin for mine.
i pottered a clay jug yesterday. its drying now....
also i kept some sandy clay for the mould. at the moment i ve to wait and look for old cables as i dont want to pay anything for that little experiment the clay mug has to sundry for 2 weeks anyways before i can bake it.
Sounds very interesting ! Good luck
You should make a video of the casting and the end result, I would definitely watch it !

    billydilly : this is awesome

Ok guys maybe someone can help me out here? I've been messing around in Rome II Unit Editor and PFM for about 2 hours maybe trying to get some good depictions on units going and can't wrap my head around any of it.

Basically what I'm trying to do here is to give Camel Archers beards and make them topless.

The editor doesn't have an option for facial hear and only has a few armour options when I'm sure there must be more to it.

I tried the How to make a custom unit tutorial and can't make any sense of that so could anyone help me out?

oh god, brivime, you started with something that im failing to do for the last week:
making topless warriors. for this you have to go very deep!

for unit parts you have to leave alone the db almost entirely.
to be edit a unit model do the following:
open models_rome2.pack with pfm; go to variantmeshes/variantmeshdefinitions/ look for the unit mesh you want to edit. rightclick on it > extract> extract selected.
then open the extracted file with editor or notepad.

good luck, i hope it helps.
btw: topless is even for me almost impossible at the moment!

EDIT: billy, is the graphic supposed to be at the front page?

3 Sicilian tribes: Sicels, Sicani, and Elymians. Sicels and Sicani were most prominent.

    nicomedia to arzawa = gotcha
cilicia is the lukka lands where one or more sea people invasions originated.
cyprus was hellenized in the 14th century, but it stayed independent all the time untill it was conquered and made a vassal state by the hittites.

i thought you meand billydillies faction symbols. if you want billidillies work you have to ask him.
in case you mean the vanilla ones sorry for the misunderstanding. i'll look for them and send them to you.

Yes I mean the vanilla ones, and I asked it like 5 times, and you didn't answered so I thought you was ignoring me.

nicomedia to the Phrygians = gotcha

Cyprus was hellenized in the 14th century indeed, and was later a client state (not vassal state) of the hittites but was not invaded by them. (it was invaded in 1200BC)
you should just name it Cyprus as independent state, and not Lukka like on the first page of the mod. (that section with vannilla factions to bronze age factions)

It would be cool if you can send them.

The Carthaginian territory in Syracuse should probably belong to the Sicani if at all possible.

Due to horrifying technical difficulties and TWC retardedness, the faction icons I coloured are unable to be posted here, but until i can get them on here
i will compensate by having some images of the trojan army:
Troy was part of Arzurwa and the Assuran league so their armies will be representative of Trojan armies, such as this charioteer:

An arzawan king and his men fighting the Achaeans:

An arzawan carving of a warrior king:

and finally, a picture of bronze age troy:

Very nice roster, to the elite I should add "Apollonians of Troy", it were elite soldiers of troy :-)
