I like 0 recruitment but for elite units its more realistic need 2 or 3 turns. for example you for training 4 spartan units you need 2 turns etc.

i love the 0 recruitement, you can make a large army fast if you got the money, the orginal rome total war has like 1-2 recruitement which was killing me, make one unit per turn, so slow, but the 0 recruitement is better, hey repman can you make 0 recruitement for ships too,
