    Default Diplomats

    Every turn roman's diplomat is disturbing me. Not only for this mod, I saw in all the total war mods. Diplomats are coming and bowing just like They are gonna offer or demand something but They don't say anyting. I want to learn why that is??

    Supposedly they are trying to bribe the governor or the city. It's usually an indication that the AI is planning to attack you. That's what I've seen said many times in answer to your question. That's what people have claimed happened in their games.
