Reputation.

Hi.
I'm wondering how reputation works in BC. I was preparing to invade Egypt, who were my allies, I cancelled both trade rights and our alliance, then prepared at Gaza to attack them, and my reputation went down from immaculate to reliable. To ward it off from further deterioration, I cancelled my invasion. Now my reputation is on a downward slope. I'm not at war with anyone, I don't have agents other than diplomats in anyone else's lands. And all my soldiers are garrisoned.
Do I need to de-militarize my borders to stop it? I'm already on deceitful.
