Default How to make an useful RTW shortcut

This is especially useful if you have a slower computer, or want to use the features of BI.exe on a RTW 1.5 Mod. I'm not sure if it has been written about it or not, so I'm sorry if a tutorial like this already exists.

1.If You Have Bi And Want A Better Ai For A Rtw Mod And Better Performance For Your Game.
This is only if you want to play the RTW Vanilla or a RTW-based Mod with BI's improvements (something which is generally played with RomeTW.exe and doesn't require BI).
-Right click on the file RomeTW-BI.exe and select Create shortcut. Right-click on shortcut and select Proprietes.
-Select the Shortcut tab at the top of the dialog-box.
-On the edit named Target insert the following text

    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /C "start /HIGH RomeTW-BI.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9" -show_err -nm -mod:

This way you have a High Priority Shortcut which will slightly improve your performance especially if your computer is not the best, a -show_err in case anything occurs with your mod, -nm to disable the movies thus making the loading time shorter, and the -mod: which will make the BI.exe load the RTW\Data folder instead of the RTW\Bi. If you played Alexander and you think this one improves the AI even better you can do this for the Alexander EXE as well.
    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /C "start /HIGH RomeTW-ALX.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9" -show_err -nm -mod:
2.If You Want Better Performance For Your Game.
This is for RTW Mods to play with RTW if you don't have BI, or for BI Mods to play with BI.
-Right click on the file RomeTW.exe or RomeTW-BI.exe and select Create shortcut. Right-click on shortcut and select Proprietes.
-Select the Shortcut tab at the top of the dialog-box.
-On the edit named Target insert the following text

    If for RomeTW-BI.exe:
    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /C "start /HIGH RomeTW-BI.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9" -show_err -nm
    If for RomeTW.exe
    Code:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /C "start /HIGH RomeTW.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9" -show_err -nm
It's not hard at all you might have noticed, just that this is one of the first tutorials I write and wanted to do everything detailed.

EDIT: You might also want to look in here for additional information on command-line switches. ~ Aradan

Moved to the Modification Resources Section, as this is a tutorial and it will get more attention there. Well done btw.
