    not smooth shield wall (my pic #2) and hoplite phalanx in CC is not a bug, it should be.

    Please note:
    what is fun visual features for the player (like fire at will and shield wall for legionaries and etc),
    for the AI ​​is something that blows his mind, for game balance is something that broke it.

    Valius, roman units cant on default use shield wall, you must be using som other mod to have formation like that, and for hoplites and rest, if you try a game without any mods, thier hoplite wall formation wont be tidy, it will be like in Luntik pics.

    Lutniks - have you removed the missile kill reduction mod now? As I was using version 3.1 but it seems that you are not using this mod anymore? Is it now obsolete to use?

    Yes, this setting (missile kill reduction) remains only in _kv_rules in main mod CloseCombat H(N) v7.2.

    I like this Mod very much. longer battles, held formations. Is the closest to what I have read from history books about the ancient battles. (Hold formations, etc.)
    the 7.2 BAI + CAI version, I have not tried yet. Are all described exactly changes in this version in this Thread posted (Tech Changes, New Troops)

    the conversion of the research tree to ensure better troops to the AI I find very good. because it helps the AI and not Overwhelmed with additional contents.

    Higher costs or reduction for tax inefficiency or corruption will increase if player empire is expanding.

    Eg when player have 6 regions corruption will be 7% -8% of GDP, after the conquest of each new region corruption will increase about 3.5% for CC H 7.2 and about 2.5% for CC N 7.2.

    When player own a 4-5 provinces increase costs due to corruption will be 1.4% for each new region for CC H 7.2 and 1% for CC N 7.2.
