    You have to buy the DLC to use them. It's illegal to unlock them by any other means.

    im sure izanagi is working diligently to remedy the situation...
    at least i hope he does... seeing as i use this mod Radious and real heights mod and it makes the game fantastic... im dying inside only being able to play the vanilla factions

    hope he updates soon!

    What’s changed?
    This is the list of factions added with BOTH faction descriptions, brought to you by Umbrecht, and faction traits (effect bundles with many custom effects and icons), brought to you by yours, truly

    Nomadic Factions group FINISHED completely, ALL factions. So when you click on it, NOW the tooltips shouldn’t go missing on Campaign Select. However, as soon as you select away on any other UNFINISHED faction group, the tooltips on CAMPAIN SELECT will act up and not show up. It’s the engine because confused with the handling.

    This update came much slower because I somehow broke my patch when trying to import Patch 3 Beta DB tables.
    So the reason you guys were having missing tooltips for Edicts and such because I was effectively using day one DB tables. Mah bad. Now, I’m using the latest Patch 3 Beta DB tables and I don’t see any missing tooltips
    About the missing tooltips on Campaign Select… they will go away once ALL faction groups and factions have been filled with BOTH faction descriptions and faction traits.
    If you for example, go straight to Nomadic Factions after you start up Rome 2, then you should see ALL tooltips properly displayed because that faction group is complete. However, as soon as you select an UNFINISHED faction group, this little graphical glitch will resume. It doesn’t mean it’s not in-game. It is in-game, and the effects are taking place. Trust me, I tested it rather thoroughly in-game.

    Allrighty, since this took an INORDINATE amount of time… I refuse to update this mod for any future BETAS… only full, FINALIZED patches from now on, ok?
    You’d have to do something extraordinarily nice to me… for me to even CONTEMPLATE working on a BETA again, ugh.
    For me the CSV import and export thing broke my pack file, so I had to restart from SCRATCH and re-enter everything… I mean everything, double ugh.

    PSS: Bit by bit, Umbrecht and I will get ALL factions squared away with at least the base things. I’ll look into Military Units next time… but honestly I think submodders should deal with the units and buildings for each specific faction.

    Amazing!! great work, however ive uninstalled and installed the beta patch about 4 times now trying to get everything to work... so until i know if this works with good ol radious ill be stickin to the old version

    just need input, and im not about to install beta 3 again just to uninstall it again hahaha
