Texture replacement not working?
Hi,I just created a texture replacement of some roman icons and I added the files to a pack file while using the same folder structure like the original. E.g. this is my setup: (i duplicated the originals and replaced some)http://s14.directupload.net/images/1...iam7m94.jpgAnd here the original: http://s7.directupload.net/images/13...wt6ziow.jpgBut ingame, none of the replaced icons show up. Am I missing something or shouldn't a replacement pack be as simple as arranging the folders the same as the original pack ?I also added empty movie files (with the original structure) so the movies don't get played but this didn't work either. Hmm...

Sorry about the formatting, looks like the forum had a mishap there. I can't seem to edit my posts?

Your images don't work.
Be sure that the icons are being compressed properly if using dds.

Re: Texture replacement not working?
Icons or textures?..In other Warscape Games, Icons are .tga and textures are .dds
...You're already right on making the directories and name similar...however your images don't work, so we cannot see it...

Ok here's the fixed links:

http://s7.directupload.net/images/130904/owt6ziow.jpg
The icon images are in compressed PNG format: (original and new one)

I've added alpha channels etc. with GIMP, they just don't appear in IrfanView
