    @Noif, changes I made are related to brightness/darkness and a little color tuning (improvement in my opinion but as always depends on taste!). I left the old settings online so you can always go back.

    LuciferHawk, R2-TW-GEMv21-HD_installer is better than other or you are still working on another version? I mean what are you suggesting?

    Lucifer, Why is it installing outside program files(x86). wont install on main Rome 2 folder. Creates a new Steam folder: Steam>Steam apps>commom> your mod.

    Not sure what happened really. Tried 2.1 today, turned every in-game setting on extreme and ran GEM out of the box without further tinkering with the settings. I've never had my game and campaign map run this smooth and GEM makes it look beautiful. I have a 6950 in crossfire and all the problems that come with it, problems that are now a thing of the past.

    Never mind this post. Got it to work. HOLLY S@#$%!!! So that is what Rome 2 was supposed to look on release with anti-aliasing. Colors are so full of life, vibrant. Wow!!!! Great work man, you gave life to Rome.

    @airborne guy, I gave you new pics for the GEMv2.1-HD and light is just without the grain effect and less blur (same as GEMv2.03). Both have better brightness/darkness, new color tweak and also offer the new cinematic shader (which is released first time here and WIP).
    @Leonnidas, it is compatible to all those mods that only touch ingame content. It is definitly compatible to all current radious mods.

    by the way I use the default ingame gamma/brightness settings of 20/12.

    @Leraje, nice you still alive
    Grain is actually reduced (after beta-testing) so it shouldnt be that noticable. Make sure to start off with the default gamma/brightness settings cause thats what I made it for.
    I am sure you did already but if not you can find the grain values also in the SweetFX_settings.txt. (light version is actually only changing two values)
    All default settings should be pretty close to the gamma/brightness of the core game now so be aware of that when tuning the shadows in this version.

    Tell me when you have a version I think your fans want me to upload it again

    @Lucifer - Still live and kicking. Congratulations on yet another successful iteration of GEM
    I'm slowly going through all of the parameters I used before enabling them one by one and adjusting when needed. The thing with grain is - I do not mind it in the screenshots, but during the gameplay my eyes begin to hurt from it after a short while. On the bright side, the alt-tabbing got fixed so I can adjust settings without having to restart the game.
    I'll probably have a mostly usable preset later on tonight. Though depending on the amount of port consumed I may not like it the next day

    Having downloaded your mod, I didn't do much with it, I just played the game. Now on my carthage campagin I always got crashes when I attacked the Ligurian faction.

    This also happened the Arveni campagin at the end of a turn. Previously, I had not downloaded your mod and the game was working fine. When I downloaded it however i am getting crashes now.

    I have downloaded version 1.21 which should correct the crashes?
