Editing a saved game seemed to stop the year going up. it was 236BC for several turns
I tried using the EditSf on a save game. I changed the #1 to #2 years per turn and hit save, but for some reason it doesn't actually saving or work in game? It keeps going back to #1. Any ideas?
Bump! This happens to me too. Any ideas?
PLEASE !!! how can i change the Difficulty in The Game (Saved Ones) ?!
I like many others we discussed this problem with 1turn/year in many topics on here and the vast majority supported the idea of the CA saying out loud that it is enough 1turn per year, now the same majority is clamoring to download this MOD
also, good job Iaius Statius Laurentius
Has anyone thought of making this mod, but with army movement also cut in half? Armies, especially with stances, move too fast and there are too few open battles in the campaign map; and if there's two turns per year, armies should move half as far per turn right? :O
Is there an update for patch2.0 ? The startpos is no a bit bigger.
Proud to be a real Prussian.
bump
The download at the bottom of the first post should still work -- patch 2.0 beta and patch 2.0 have an identical startpos.
I have the same issue - re-installed the mod and still 1 year per turn Is there an update for the new patch?
Yea... it doesn't look like Calender section change with editsf works anymore. I tried modding the new startpos, because it's about 1mb greater in size than the beta2 one and it's still progressing one year at a time. Any clue what other variable it could be?
Thanks for this and +REP, now my Generals can live longer lolz
Is there a reason this can't be done as a normal mod used within mod manager?
While the Patch 2 strapos file is bigger than the Patch 2 beta, I downloaded the one given for the Patch 2 beta and its working just fine for 2tpy. Also using Radious Mod just fine as well.
Oh god, thanks! Great mod, but campaigns.zip is OFF
This seems to be a problem with EditSF 1.07. If you open the Patch 2 startpos.esf, and edit it with EditSF and then save it, the new file is around 275kb smaller. But if you edit the new file, and change the turns back to 1, it stays the same size. This means the EditSF is changing something that CA's .esf editor is not.
