Once, the final 1.7 comes out will it be like a patch to 1.7 Beta or will we need to reinstall RTR again, and also will the save in 1.7 Beta be compatible with the final 1.7?

RTRPE 1.7beta can be copied directly over the RTRPE 1.4 Full or over RTRPE 1.6 patch. The RTRPE 1.7 Final patch will be able to likewise be copied over either the RTRPE 1.6 patch or RTRPE 1.7beta patch. Most likely any campaign you have going with the 1.7beta patch will still function if you install the 1.7 Final patch over it, but, any advantages or fixes included in the Final patch will not be activated unless you start a new campaign. So, you can start a campaign or wait for the Final patch, it's up to you.
