It's nice to see some new players! I'm in the same boat as knight of me, I think. Not really a "true" young blood anymore. I would only volunteer if you wanted to stay at 13 players and couldn't find enough people.

I would like to play as the High Elves, please!
ProtoKyzer already took them so please choose another faction.
Right now we have 7 new players. If there won't be more than 10 we will reduce the number of factions and concentrate on those east of the Misty Mountains. This hotseat is meant only for new and unexperiened players in hotseating so I won't let older players to join, but should you wish we can make later another hotseat just for you.

Welcome TheBlackWolf, you are now part of this hotseat.
I will probably accept you too Bcman as you have no experience with TATW hotseats. 1 or 2 players will probably join us soon and tomorrow morning I will begin this hotseat depending on number of players. If we will be full, everyone will play with his choosen faction but otherwise I will make a lottery and give every player a faction which will be randomly selected for him. This is to prevent any conflicts as some factions will be removed in this case and from the first Youngbloods I know that this system works very good.

We have 10 players and this hotseat can start. I didn't make a lottery though because most players have already pick factions which we will use so practically I just give TheBlackWolf OotMM instead of Gundabad as they are so close to each other and since there are no High Elves, I give Dale to ProtoKyzer. Bcman and ebs didn't choose their factions so I give them Gondor and Mordor as they were still free. I hope you agree with that and our hotseat may begin.
Remember that lands west of the Misty Mountains are inaccessible and cannot be conquered so Dwarves begin only with Erebor and Iron Hills but Gimli and Thorin start around the Lonely Mountain. Will add map soon so that you will have a clear picture in your head.
Let your adventure in Middle Earth begins!
Gondor up!

You don't like Gondor Bcman?
Well.
My first TATW campaign was with them... many years ago.
I thought that true Dunedain power would conquer evil. And the 4th age would be a time for men.
50 turns later with little more than 4 settlements left, I realized that Gondor is in a very difficult position, And the Evil had one.....

12 hour extention granted because bcman doesn't even have vanilla TATW
I will play this turn in about 10 hours. I am tired and my download is being a nasty fellow. Ill try to get it to work but if it keeps stopping i may need to leave this hotseat.

why, why do you join a hotseat if you don't even have the mod? I will sub in an hour.
Rohan up! I think I did an OK job, though that may be because I'm drunk...

I will bet 10 rep that Bcman will lose the white city in 10 turns.
A drunk Gondor? Oh, boy…
Denethor addresses the army he has assembled at Osgiliath. In his left hand is a bottle of wine, sloshing its contents over the ground as he sways drunkenly. It is obviously not his first bottle of the evening. He waves a sword in his right hand, so unsteadily that the men in the front ranks take an involuntary step back.
“Come-on fellas!” he shouts in a high, slurred voice. “To Baradeerrrrrrrr! I wanna stab Sauron in da face and take a in Mount Doom!”
The men exchange nervous glances, but no one dares speak out against their Steward. They could only hope that he would come to his senses in the morning.
None of them are ever heard from again.
