What Script governs which generalis used

basically i want the teutonic family member to be used instead of the KOJ one (SS)
just wondering what script governs it??
and how do i do it

That should be descr_character and battle_models for the battle model and descr_model_strat if you want the strat model as well. It's too simple to explain, just open the files and you'll see why.
