    Zera's Sound Mod

    Hello community, this mod changes nearly all sounds from The Great War Mod .


    Zera's Sound v.5.0 contain;
    (in Detail)
    Changes to Artillery and Gun


    - New artillery fire sound for light mortar/gas mortar

    - New artillery fire sound for heavy mortar
    -New artillery fire sound for light howitzer

    - New artillery fire sound for heavy howitzer
    - New artillery fire sound for early/old/mountain fieldgun
    - New artillery fire sound for heavy/late fieldgun
    - New projectile flight sounds
    - New projectile incoming sound
    - New projectile impact sound for light mortar
    - New projectile impact sound for heavy mortar
    - New projectile impact sound for light howitzer
    - New projectile impact sound for heavy howitzer
    - New projectile impact sound for early/old/mountain fieldgun
    -New projectile impact sound for heavy / late fieldgun
    - New Handgrenade explosion sound
    - New unique rifle sound for britain + other factions
    - New unique rifle sound for germany + other factions
    -New unique rifle sound for russia + other factions
    - New unique carabine sound for britain + other factions
    - New unique carabine sound for germany + other factions
    -New unique carabine sound for russia + other factions
    - New unique smg sound for britain + other factions
    - New unique smg sound for germany+ other factions
    -New unique smg sound for russia + other factions
    - New pistol sound
    - New Machine Gun sound
    - New shotgun sound

    Changes to Tank and Infantry

    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "Lk1"
    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "Whippet"
    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "femaleAv7"
    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "maleAv7"
    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "femaleMark2"
    - Add tankengine sound + engine off sound for the tank "maleMark2"
    - Add tankunitvoices for the order "move+attack" in russian
    - Add tankunitvoices for the order "move+attack" in british
    - Add tankunitvoices for the order "move+attack" in german
    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting AP_round" in russian
    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting AP_round" in german
    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting AP_round" in british
    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting HE_round" in russian

    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting HE_round" in german
    - Add tankunitvoice for "selecting HE_round" in british
    - Add unique projectile impact sound for tank HE_round
    - Add to the order "doubleclick melee attack" random fife sound
    - *Warning* Add new brutal and authentic deathscreams


    Changes to general Music

    - Changed font music
    - Changed loading music
    - Changed result music
    -Changed prebattle music
    - Changed deploy music
    - Changed land_battle music
    - Add new campaignmusic for the subculture "Europe_West"
    -Add new campaignmusic for the subculture "Europe_East"
    -Add new campaignmusic for the subculture "Europe_North"
    -Add new campaignmusic for the subculture "Europe_South"

    Small Tweaks to DB

    - Changed light/heavy mortar explosion effect
    - Changed "Inf_Old_light" use carbone sound instead of rifle sound
    - Add new shot_type for Male_Mark2, Male_A7v and male_Mark2(captured)
    - Increased Range for Male_Mark2, Male_A7v and male_Mark2(captured) from 200 to 300
    -Fixed late_mg move bug
    - Fixed factory district to show proper which technology they enable
    - Fixed machine_gun tropps use correct "unit_select" sound
    - Fixed british tropps use correct sound on campaign map
    - Made russia able to recruit tanks
    - Changed Campaign_AI based on Bran Mac Born_CAI_mod to be more aggressive
    - and tons of other changes to the DB to achieve sound seperation btw artillery , guns and music

    This mod is fully compatible with TGW 5.1.3

    Credits : I want to thank Bran Mac Born for letting me use his changes to the CAI

    Note : To get best sound from tanks , dont group tanks , micro every tank by one .

    Extra : For all of you , who want to have access to tanks with a minor nation , download the file i attached and replace it with the current GreatWar5_DB.pack . Its fully compatible with my mod and patch TGW 5.1.3

    Install InstructionsNote:Before you install this mod, make a backup from this 3 files "_GreatWar5_DB.pack","_GreatWar5_AI.pack" and "_GreatWar5_Media_Sounds.pack"- Extract Zera's_Sound_v4.0.zip and paste the three files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Napoleon Total War\data\The Great War\Files\"- Overwrite _GreatWar5_DB.pack,_GreatWar5_AI.pack and _GreatWar5_Media_Sounds.pack .-Run the game
    Deinstall Instructions- Delete _GreatWar5_DB.pack,_GreatWar5_AI.pack and _GreatWar5_Media_Sounds.pack and paste backup files to folder

    Im not allowed to edit my post , so i have to double post .

    If u guys want tank sounds there is a solution that works . But i have to make hmg and lgm fixed and i would increase their range form 200 to 300 maybe instead of . If u want i can do this and u wil have working tank move sound .

    Yes download file is 168 mb . And u finished ? Btw check ur pm ! !

    to be honest if this fixes sounds then the low priorety bugs for sound issues are delt with. saving them time also nice work sounds so great now

    Can i put this in a savegame or do i need to start a new game,if i can put it in a savegame i will consider getting it.

    I didnt change any stuff that is related to campaign .But I had to change some stuff in Database , but only projectile related tables . Just try it out , but i think it should work .

    I update my mod to be fully compatible with TGW 5.1.2 also made some small changes . Watch new install instructions !

    I have only a laptop . The video quality and sound quality wouldnt be so great thats i why i dont make one .
