Toggle Province Borders

How do I add the province borders back??

I liked the no borders, but I miss them from the original Rome,

thanks to anyone who can help

You have to edit following file in the "Rome: Total War/data" folder: descr_sm_factions. Once you find that file you must manually change the RGB values for the faction's secondary color, which defines that faction's border colors.
