I was tempted by the "ugly" colour again, but I decided to go for the Lindon Elves because they have the little Island in the West.
However my knowledge of DAC still is zero so I probably am wrong as usual.

I did take the peninsula to try and save Gondor but it didn't help, Mordor crossed the Anduin in force and the battle of the Pelennor Fields now rages. I myself have just struck across the Mouths of the Anduin and taken land from the scum of the south. Lord Imrahil, heir to my principality, is the greatest fighter the world has ever known and the Haradrim fear him above all others for he will bring peace to this tainted world.

Just for the sake of curiosity, I am now 90 turns in and the world is shaping up to look quite different thanks to the help of Círdan the shipwright:
