Any idea how to fix that? No plague yet population growth is stuck at -14.5%. In Stettin it is even worse.. -17%. Also public order 0%.

I have Polish general units that seem to disappear. Only when I zoom in do the units pop up and they are very distorted.

I'm getting a fatal error whenever I try and launch. I'm using Steam and followed the installation instructions. Any idea what's going on?

The mod crashes at startup, right at the first loading screen.
    Here is the log file:

I'm also crashing at startup. Only when I run ss setup however. I unchecked all my options and only left Lusted AI on and it still crashes.

When I re-copy Titanium files over and overwrite with Titanium, the crash on startup goes away. But then I don't have the SS setup options

Looks like it still crashes even though I replaced with the Titanium files. I got it to launch once, but guess got lucky.

Sadly this submod looks outdated and broken. Doesn't look like anyone supports it either. A lot of us are having crash on startups with no solution or help. And at least me (like the guys above), followed instructions as is in the instruction page.

I even tried reinstalling SS, still crashes on startup. No error, just closes itself. No error log is produced either even though logging is turned on. Literally just closes and nothing else.

    Are you guys using Win10?
It might be that some of the commands in the installation batch file are messed up
I'm still using Win7 btw and it works all fine
It's also possible that the UAC or virtual store are messing with the game/mods file

I've done some fixes to the scripts over time and the internal version is much more stable, Titanium 0.85 was already more stable than SS6.4, but now is even more so.

Yeah, I'm on Windows 10+Steam version. Its just weird its this mod, the others are fine. But it could be the installation batch files don't work properly on Windows 10 for some reason

My steam installs also go to a custom folder on D drive, instead of the windows protected program folder steam sends games to by default. So the UAC shouldn't be causing an issue for that. I did try running the thing under admin the third attempt, but it didn't help.

However, like I said. I got it to start up once. I remember I set everything up, ran the SS setup with the various options. It caused a close on launch (no error, just closes). However, I copied over titanium and overwrote the files and it launched successfully. Thinking it worked, I ran SS setup and never got it to work again after that.

Spotted bug but have no proof. Once I started campaign as Spain After some turns Aragon got their princess spawned in minor settlement. When it spawned Princess became invisible and replaced minor settlement model it dissapeared from the map the mini settlement and princess became invisible and she wasn't moving after that.Click image for larger version.

In the faction diplomacy menu Ifriqiya and Georgia are missing their faction banners, instead they are replaced by the settlement "build" menu button. Any ideas what went wrong?

@shadowtwinz: looks more like the minor settlement disappeared because xml file settings for forts permanence changed, probably because of BGRIV... the invisible princess is just a workaround for labelling and naming minor settlements, which are normally unselectable because they're behind the minor settlement selection box.

@Av Asgard: could you post a screenshot? I thought those icons were covered when I added those factions, will check it when I get some time anyway.

@boo385: yeah it might be because the script is bugged, I reworked it sometime ago and think I got rid of all CTDs as well as improved performance but haven't released that yet sorry :p

Hey Meloo, firstly I want to say thank you so much for your hard work and that of the rest of the Titanium team! I've only been playing the mod for a little while now, and I'm heartily impressed with all of the work that has gone into making this old game so much better than it ever was (which is saying a lot, consider that this is Medieval 2 and a bad Total War title like, say, Rome II was).

I just want to report that my Court Envoy feature seems bugged too. I recruit the Envoy, and on the last turn when he is supposed to spawn, the game crashes. I hear a sound effect play, and then BAM! the screen goes to my desktop. I removed him from the recruiting que and the crash is gone, I am able to progress.

I am playing the HRE, 9 turns in, on the later campaign. Don't know if I did something wrong or if there is a mess up in the script, just wanted to let you know if the latter is the case. I can still play it seems, so no huge urgency for me. Thanks again for all of your hard work!

I am too lazy to search through 18 pages of posts, so sorry if this has been asked again, but can someone tell me why does my game freeze when i want to look at the family tree. I am using the 1139 version, and when i want to look at the family tree of HRE and Scotland, my game freezes, like I can still hear the background of the game but I cannot click anywhere, and I also noticed that doesn't happen with the Obotrites.

    Thank you for reporting this.
Unfortunately I can't answer your question because I don't have technical knowledge of the mod's code, I'm just the model guy.
But I believe there will be an answer for you soon.
