Can you port 3ds max files to milkshape?

I'll send the link through PM
From 3ds max you export the file in *.obj format.
    Milkshape can import *.obj.
Try this and if it does not work for you then send me the files and I'll give it a try.

Not surprised you're not satisfied, the model has a "bucket" helmet but the texture is for a "sugarloaf" type.
Did you try the obj format?
Also the files you send me were corrupted somehow.

Can we expect to see faction leaders, faction heirs, family member, generals and captains all getting their own unique models on the campaign map for each faction? And would those same models from the campaign map appear on the battlefield?
I find the idea of each faction getting a their own unique faction leader, heir, family member and general model really cool. It will add an extra layers of uniqueness to each of the factions. I have been following this Titanium Project from time to time and I have to say that it is looking incredible.

    XIIc North Sea southern coast

    Spoiler for SS6.4 comparison

Tried my best to recreate the coast line of this area according to various maps and historical accounts available in the web
any improvement suggestion is more than welcome

BTW this is also using the "new" stratmap textures (slightly edited ones from SSHIP)

Melooo, the coastline of the Netherlands was much different 800 years ago.
Did you take that into account?

Well I interpolated information using these:
    Spoiler for maps

All saints day flood 1170 estimated map

    estimated changes between 100AD-1000AD

    a 1658 map

I think I got it right but if you think more needs to be changes please point where
take in mind that SS map has a rather unusual deformation which stretches distances horizontally.

Ok, after looking at the pics I opine the map looks right enough.
Spending more effort in it would not be efficient.
    Good job!

New changes to the Regions for Early Era

Scandinavia lost 2 provinces, Skara and Uppsala, making Kalmar dominate the whole of Sweden
Aberdeen province removed, by Used2Broz suggestion

    NEW:
    Moravia with Brno as capital
Eastern Friesland with Grönigen as capital
Alania-Derbent with Maghas or Derbent as capital

    Purple dots are PSFs

New regions shapes are still WIP
Giving a port to Zagreb is still pending

This will be the last change for this Era

    Thoughts?
    Suggestions?

    Change in the western balkans;

Trieste switched to become a port, the province changed and switched to become the March of Carniola(practically Slovenia+the March of Istria) with the capital city Laibach.

Croatia pushed further to the coast(should be even further but the Dalmatia province cannot be too small), capital switched from Zagreb to Knin(seat of Croatian kings) and its port created at the location of Sibenik.

    Um...yes.

Also, I just noticed the land bridge that connect Rhodes to Anatolia, it should be removed in my opinion.

Well much of the extra land bridges (bright green lines across the map) added in Titanium are for improving the AI's reach.
For example the island of rhodes isn't its own region anymore but has a fort and wine resource, I've heard that Rhodes wines are quite good xD but I really doubt the AI would ferry a merchant just to get it...so we let it reach the island through a land bridge.

British merchants are no longer secure in their island either...although my main intention was to see if the french would use the land bridge to invade britain...never seen them do that.

Melooo182 - I and many other players believe that Northern Ireland should be one town , not two.

Did the "many others" elect you as their spokesperson?
Everyone os us speak for themselves as far as I am concerned.

I understand that you think "Russia big" and you would like more regions over there.
The historical record, however, shows different speeds of conquest for Ireland and for eastern Europe.
An advancing army would conquer ground much faster in the plainlands of eastern Europe or the steppes, than in Ireland.
Think of the Mongol attack in Russia, or the Russian conquests under Ivan Grozny.
Ireland would take much longer to pacify.
I hope you get the idea.

Me Russia is not interested. I am most interested in Byzantium , England , Spain, France, and the Islamic faction. Like most fans of your mod. As for Russia I don't play is not interesting at all country. Better to give an additional city to the crusaders.
If I failed to convince You, then okay. Anyhow, I'll play your mod. And still Thank You Deputy your work. Just in SSHIP there is a province in Northern Ireland and there all okay. This province even Mauritania on ships trying to capture(SSHIP).
And yet I wonder what thinks about Melooo182.

Like I said, everyone here speak for themselves and I expect Melooo will give us his opinion and I hope everyone else will do so too.
The more opinions we get the better.
