Sharpe Mod for DME 8.01 & Causa Belli

In anticipation of the release of the new Causa Belli one of my favourite Mods for ETW is now updated for DME8.01 and Causa Belli, so you can now kill the Tiger of Mysore just like the series (if not in reality)

I have tweaked down the stats so you should hopefully still find them fun

To install simply download and unzip the file into your game directory (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War\data)

using DME

open the DME launcher menu
edit - user script

using the add function add the following line:-
DMUC_sharpe

press update user script


make any additional game play changes you want, the press Start to launch the game

thanks mate , still using original that i got to work with mod manager and the DME launcher with all unit names working properly, will give it a go though.(i still like the op sharpe units, even if the enemy has some too lol

hi Hammeredalways, thanks for you offer in the pm, I'll be taking you up on that some time in the future. I downloaded this Sharpe mod and can't find the units in game. Is this save compatible or do I need to start a new campaign or should I get Mod Manager as in the post above.

no probs., just let me know.

It should be save game compatible, just don't remove the pack after playing turns as that will likely lead to a CTD.

Have you edited the user_script?

Also try a Custom Battle with GB and let me know of the units are present there

unless you have added and then removed during the same on going campaign, it is unlikely

got em! problem in user script. (hit add but not update)

crash to desktop while loading the battle.
I USE THIS with brans mod file dme 8.1 caussa belli aum 3.3
i lose a vital region with autoresolve

the problem should be with sharpes file
user script has been updated as it should be
any help?
