I want to talk to CA!

Now that the little fuede with the official homepage has gone, maybe it's time to approach CA for a short talk with the TWC-members?

I imagine the select group of civitates posting their questions and getting answers from a CA-employee might well be a nice addition to the pre-release hype. It may attract new members and will further entice regular members to behave well in order to get such privileges as a civitate.

Do you see any possibility to get them to talk to us here? They seem very active over at the .org, where they are constantly getting flamed...

Civitates only? hmmmm, personally I think a heavly moderated (to avoid embarasment on TWC's part) forum open to everyone would be better....... If you can convince a developer to come here....

Anyway sounds like a good idea Smoke..but it would be nice if everyone would have the oppurtunity to ask some questions...(yes I know you are afraid for thousands of noobish questions like... "...are theres any Orks in this game?? ..Whats RTW...? When will it be released...? Can I make like my own special super huge MCGuyver look a like unit..that would be so totally cool....Will this thing run smoothly on my 286 ..4 mb video card ????...Can I launch a flaming elephant by using an onager?..

some people having larger sigs than 300X100...well they deserve it for their hard work
but for the love of god...

let us all have the change to ask questions if we manage to have an such an oppurtunity here at TWC...
and then use a strict selection of really good questions.

If not...
then Ill just send you a private message with some RTW related questions.....no big deal *smokin*

Civitates exclusivley is the only way. We already know that the civitates are responsible, well adjusted members of society, there's no chance of a civitate running into the forum shouting BFME 4EVR!!!!!!!!!11UGUYSSUX!!!!LOL. If it's open to everyone, well, we've seen that nick fellow and his brood get down like that before, eh? But I don't think CA will agree, they like their flock over at the .org, we have been abandoned, as is their want.

And I think it would be a good idea, but I doubt it's gonna happen. Ah well, we can dream. And like Acutulus says, civitiates are known to be trusted individuals and there are plenty of people whom could not be trusted to ask sensible 'non-n00bish' questions. And relagating to civitates only is a pretty good way of moderating it. Nostrum, just be a good little boy and soon you'll be a civitate! :

Well if there ever was such a section, perhaps some non-civiate members who havent been made civiates yet but are reliable members could be allowed access.. if thats possible..

I Think the Loyal mebers to TWC (Like Me) Aswell should be allowed to chat because this is adding Salt into the Wounds

Yes, thank you, not all non-civitates are spammers. Prehaps some kind of rank requirerment........ This is of cource, if we could find a developer that would come.
