If you can't wait, a little submod, I upload a new startpos (place him into napoleon total war\data\campaigns\ww1_main and replace the old). In this "submod", bugs are fix: the Corsica become french, I add victory conditions for all factions, the Serbia become Orthodox, Petrograd become the Russia's capital, I add money to all factions, I change the faction leader's portrait and name, I add the serbian description. Arthur Hoffman (Suisse) didn't have the good portrait because I don't the good portrait in files.

Yes but it will be difficult so I decide to give more money to all factions.

I played as russia, There are still economy problem.
If i remembaer Correctlly, There are some value for faction income for each turn(i saw it at MTW2, not the NTW).
Can you find that Value?

I can go into 1916 now, with a startpos some other guy posted, but it still crashes eventually on Austria's turn just as it would in the earlier turn 44/45 bug.

Also,Sir i have tried this startpos,can you maybe add even more starting money,maybe for major factions 90 000 and for minor factions 75 000.

Mate yur a champion the startpos file that came with the original mod download was corrupt i popped yours in and everything is working, apart from a few glitches like not being able to recruit Generals and the economy its chugging along quite nicely...good onya
