Path error Windows cannot find Empire.exe[SOLVED&CLOSED]

Windows cannot find 'D:\Program files\Steam\Steamapps\common\Empire.exe Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.

This is when I click CS or US after using all the instructions and browsing multiple issues others are having, I reinstalled everything to the correct paths and am trying to launch under Warpath, this all started happening after I installed ZoR. I've reinstalled everything restarted, keeps doing it, Also I notice in my Steamapps\common folder with all my games is a data file I believe goes to the ACW but it will not move or install to the Empire folder because the data folder has the same name...
I've tried it all, I usually never have to post haha, but I've been playing ACW forever now and never had troubles until now.

Great mod btw can't wait to get this version working, Most interesting one I've ever played.

nevermind figured it out, guess it was to early for me to be trying to be installing mods. lol
