The Bridge of Khazad-dûm. New cover from Eurielle... (check out her other stuff too, it's great!)

By all means, if we can get her music it would be great. Assuming putting new music in the mod is relatively straightforward, Ive not looked at that side of things before.

Oh, I don't think we should include the above as it is based on the movie track and clearly so.

Ah, ok, even the song of Durin? (Not familiar with movie music)

The Song of Durin (original and based strictly on Tolkien's poem) is amazing. She's getting quite popular now, though - we can't tempt her with exposure. If we did get permission where would be the best place to use such a song? Dwarven Campaign?

The Song of Durin is beautiful, but I think the vocals might be somewhat distracting during actual gameplay. I don't mean that to say I don't like them - I'd love to have that song playing while I'm writing or reading. But vocals in game music IMO work best when they're wordless or in another language.

Could be just me; maybe others have different feelings on it.

No, it would contrast and might break immersion. We have an Elven one that has some vocals but they are very soft and blend in with the music. The piece is VERY good but might not fit in well...even as menu music.

The stunning voice that is Eurielle. She's just released this and I thought I must add it to the list even if I have to necro the thread...

Am I the only one who finds these movies Elves look more and more like fetuses with each movie?
