ANYWAYS I got good news!
I was able to implement the wolf animations from parademed's submod. Credit goes to Araval who linked me to the unpacked version of that.

Actually paradamed told me that unpacked wolves were somewhere and I couldn't find any other link
I don't know if this is because your animation submod or because I installed it on Firefreak's map mod but Uruk-hai infantry cause a crash in custom battles.
Edit: I've noticed some units (like Forest Wardens, Gondor Militia, Dismounted Kinghts of Dol Amroth) have bug with swords that often start spinning in their hands when using idle (I think) animation.

Thank you SO much for doing this Warman, these animations will be a wonderful resource for the TATW community. I imagine there won't be too many sub-mods that don't add these in eventually!

Downloaded the new version and the ctd stills.
Deleted the entire mod folder and reinstalled everythign again, now without the animation sub-mod. The game loads well, no more ctd, so there is still a issue in your submod!
Rohan vs Isengard battle. very early campaign, just some basic units from both sides. except for saurman and his bodyguards.
Okay, can you try to narrow it down please which units are crashing? I think it's coming from Isengard, so don't do anything with rohan atm. I'll try to figure it out on my end. It's unbelievable how ing stupid the Isengard models are, I have barely touched those guys, and yet somehow animation changes make them go full retard and crash.
Is this submod 100% stable yet? I would like to include it with my campaign map, and possibly DaC.
Namely this Uruk-hai CTD seems problematic.
What you people can do to avoid this crash with Uruk-hai Infantry/Bodyguards is that you change the Heavy_uruk_sword entry in battle_models.modeldb from this:
