    The DBM 1.0 mod is composed by two files. The sites where you can download it are the followings:

    REQUIREMENTS
    This is the required configuration in order to install "De Bello Mundi":
    1- Installation of original "Medieval II Total War"
    2- Installation of the "Kingdoms" expansion
    3- Installation of the Official 1.05 (or 1.5) Patch (not strictly required)

    INSTALLATION
    These are the steps to follow in order to install "De Bello Mundi":
    0- Download the two files.
    1- Start the "De Bello Mundi 1.0 - Part 1" installer and follow the process to the end of the installation
    2- Start the "De Bello Mundi 1.0 - Part 2" installer and follow the process to the end of the installation
    3- At the end of the installation, you can start the mod with the shortcut on the desktop or the batch file in: Medieval II Total War\mods\DBM\DBM.bat
    Remember that "De Bello Mundi" doesn't overwrite either original or other mods files.

    if you have problem with the installation and you're using steam, try this:
    Go here....C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods
    1- rename the americas folder something else say america_1 for it being the original
    2- create a new folder and the call it americas
    3- instal part one and part two into the new folder you created
    4- launch kingdoms through steam and select Americas



    PATCH 1.1

    REQUIREMENTS
    This is the required configuration in order to install tha patch 1.1:
    1- Installation of original "Medieval II Total War"
    2- Installation of the "Kingdoms" expansion
    3- Installation of the Official 1.05 (or 1.5) Patch (not strictly required)
    4- DBM 1.0 installed and working
    5- 2GB of free space on your hard disk.

    INSTALLATION
    1 - Download the patch. you'll get a file named DBM_Patch_v1.1.7z (size about 266 MB).
    2 - Now Unzip it (using 7zip). Right click on DBM_Patch_v1.1.7z, select 7z-> "Extract here". you'll get a folder named DBM (size about 1,55 GB).
    3 - Cut and paste the DBM folder in the mods folder of your med2 installation (where there is already a folder named DBM, the version 1.0), and answer "yes" when windows ask you if you want overwrite existing folder and files.

    For example: i download the patch and save it on my desktop. after unzip it, i get a folder named DBM. I cut and paste it in mods directory of my med2 installation folder, in my case "E:\Programmi\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods".

    Rebalanced squallor and pubblic order.
    Rebalanced general economy.
    Rebalanced money bonus for ia and malus for player

These units aren't really historical, but they are a possible heavy infantry if that factions would had developed at more advanced level.

    Focused on punic wars, this campaign replaces the current prologue campaign (playable only as romans).
    The campaign will be available also as provincial campaign (all factions playable)

    IMPORTANT HINT
    Save the game at end of each turn, and first of each battle. Use at least two files, and alternate the saving on the two files (so if the game crash during the save and file is corrupted, you don't lost your entire campaign)

    Submods are allowed. When the mod will get its own subforum in "kingodm hosted modification", submods and their link could go there.
    The most beautiful, interesting and useful submods, will be inserted in the official patch.
