Changing The Marian Reforms

hello. i would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to change the marian reforms, so that you DONT need to build a huge city........just Rome. im kinda picky (i prefer only capital to be a huge city) or any advice on how to do this.

You cannot edit the marian reforms, the triggers are all hardcoded.

Open data/text/imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names.txt

and change this lines
{Rome} Rome
{"some other city"} "some other city"
with
{Rome} "some other city"
{"some other city"} Rome


Then open data[world/maps/base/descr_regions.txt
and change

Latium
Rome
romans_julii
with

Latium
"some other city"
romans_julii

and change same with "some other city" region

"some other city"
Rome
"faction"

after all delete all map.rwm
