I knew an Estonian girl at uni, whose father sent her a loaf of bread from home every two weeks. The way she spoke of it made me understand that it was no ordinary bread.

I am rather partial to Lithuanian brown bread, my friends.
Nobody is partial to Lithuanian bread. You love it, or hate it. Its like Justin Bieber
Merry Christmas!
. . . But have you guys honestly spent the last three pages talking about bread?
EDIT: I changed my password a few days ago. Never spelled it right (or typed the correct one for that matter) first try since.
My turn on bread:
Youtiao which means oil stick refers to fried crullers in Chinese cuisine. They are served alone, with condensed milk, with congee, with soymilk, or wrapped with sticky rice, or wrapped with a flatbread, or sandwiched, or rolled in a flat noodle sheet.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
"牛鬼蛇神的文字" by Fu Sinian on Chinese characters.
("A Cow Demon and Snake God's Writing System")
"汉字不灭,中国必亡" Lu Xun also on Chinese characters.
("If Chinese Characters don't die, China will perish")

Merry Christmas everyone!!!
By the way to he who asked about Ferdiad, he is currently playing Skyrim. I added him on Steam, and he's occasionally known to play Dota 2 and Skyrim all day.

Merry Christmas again, everyone.
I spent last two hours watching an anime episode which is as long as a movie.

I would very much like to sample some Dutch cheese.
Rotis are quite nice, since they go along with everything.
But the bread I love the most is the one that comes with soups.

Yea, it's really nice for making peanutbutter and hagelslag sandwiches.
Something related to the bread talk, I "made" croissants this morning. Meaning that I took the pre-made dough out of it's package, rolled it into croissants and put them in the oven, which was 3 minutes of work. They were really nice though, croissants are always nice.
Do pretzels count as bread? I could eat pretzels all day, everyday.

Jumbo pretzels, as if from a street vendor, or snack pretzels of the sort you would find in a supermarket?
God not the bread discussion again. I thought we wouldn't have anymore of this after Twilight and Kybro left the TD. French bread is best bread.
Spent Christmas morning skiing and watching History of the World Part 1 and Doctor Who
