Problem at Running

Hey ,
So I installed the mod ( destination in the shortcut is "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm )
and everything is fine but when I try to run the game even with administrator it crashes ... why ? please help?

If you are using Vista, you should be installing Hegemonia on a "clean" RTW copy outside Program Files. Your destination folder should be inside the BI folder. Maybe worth checking.

Hi, having trouble finding the target on the short cut. I loaded the mod on BI, and set up a short cut from the file. I copyed and pasted on target from Properties.
It says the location isnt correct. Thanks for the help.

When you down -load the mod. Do i use the RTW folder? Or BI file?
I loaded the mod into the BI folder from what you said above. My System is windows XP.

this is what my shortcut says,you must put the hegemonia folder in the rome total war/ BI folder and the hegemonia folder must be named hcs

Working fine now, thanks. I deleted, my target, and copy pasted and works great.

i did everything and when i start the game on my monitor apears OUT OF RANGE. I play all mods normally but i dont know what is problem here.Please help asap i want to lead Sparta to glory help asap
