Windows 8 Problems "Unable to create directory...access denied"

I just installed this mod today and am looking forward to playing with it very much. Unfortunately I can only play the 1547 era only. Anytime I try to start another era I get the following error in the cmd box:

"Unable to create directory -C:\program files <x86>\SEGA\Medival.....0 Files copied access denied"

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I have tried every fix I have read so far, including re-install and disabling user control.

I have this mod running fully in a Win 8 x64 and i did not experience no problems maybe it is your antivirus or otherwise try run it as administrator

I have tried both of those things but no joy.

I have done the exact same thing with no luck too.
