    Default [ICE HS] Kings of Westeros



    It is time for another King of Rivers and Hills hotseat! Seeing that we have so many new players and so few new King of Rivers and Hills hotseats I decided to make a new one. This Hotseat is for Young and MiddleBloods only! Also i want this particular hotseat to be as fast as possible so you need to be active every day in the forums

    For Youngbloods:

    If u, who dont have this mod i suggest u download it before the hotseat begins and before u pick ur factions so theres no problems that can occur which will slow down progress!

    Rules
    :

    • 1 turn peace.
    • PM or VM the next player as you post your turn on the thread so the game moves as swiftly as possible.
    • You have 24 Hours to play tour trun.
    • If you know you will miss your turn; nominate a sub and provide them with your password. If you miss your turn and haven't nominated a sub, you'll be skipped.
    • Heroic victories are not allowed! Reload until you get different results.
    • No bug abuse! When you think someone has used a bug report it here and the admin will look into it.
    • No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships.
    • No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement.
    • No razing buildings whilst you are under siege.
    • Minimum of 4 units per fort.
    • Post pictures of battle odds, and results (advice to cover ur income and map)
    • Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn - Exception: Reinforcing armies in defense, when based on forts; even if defeated, they don't lose movement points, so player 'a' should be allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort and was defeated by 'b'.
    • Settlements gifted should disband all units save one
    • Only allowed 2 forts per region per faction
    • If the settlement is under siege 1 a far superior army is one turn away from the settlement *exception: if it is turn one it is allowed 2 You have not yet held that settlement for 3 turns *exception: does not apply on turn 1-3 on home regions
    • No stealing generals with Princesses if the chance rate is under 40%. (Screenshots must be provided)
    • no assassinations of princesses, heirs and leaders
    • RULES MUST BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES

    Hoare, please. Btw, if you really want this hotseat to be as fast as possible you might want to make Stark-Martell and Bolton-Yronwood combinations.

    I'll join as my installation seems to be working. I second the faction combos. If the same person wins both wars, they give up a faction of their choice.

    I'll take Gardener.

    Two questions.

    1) With 1 turn peace, are we allowed on enemy territory? If so, can we 1) be attacked by enemy armies, and 2) fort in enemy lands?
    2) With the four units per fort, is it okay if the four units only have one soldier each due to being depleted? I suggest making it 300 men minimum per fort, cavalry counts as double.

    i wanted to do that but i think its better if we let more youngbloods take those factions as it would be more fun for all players and not letting one player have two factions, hope u understand

    1) no u are not allowed in enemy territory as u get an movement advantage on next turn but if an ur enemy has an army in ur lands u can attack them (screenshots to prove), 2 no forts unfair (what is the concpet of one turn peace) if u build forts in enemey territory.
    2) not to sure sounds alright but once admin is provided he will look into that rule.

    That is one possible way. The other is to eliminate Bolton and Martell from game so that Stark and Yronwood could control all North and Dorne.

    However I think we should't joining or eliminating factions here. NsYB hotseat is very fast which means that also this one can be fast with right players.

    I suggest against splitting the north and south between two players. One player always ends up controlling both which is a nightmare (See Noob in FOTS who controls Bolton and Martell and has stark and yronwood as bannermen)

    EDIT: ...wait, is this youngbloods? I can't be sure from the first post. If so, I wish you all a good game!

    Regardless if it is or not, I suggest adding this rule:

    Destroying buildings is not allowed in these 3 situations:

    1. If the settlement is under siege
    2. A far superior army is one turn away from the settlement. *exception: if it is turn one it is allowed
    3. You have not yet held that settlement for 3 turns *exception: does not apply on turn 1-3 on home regions
    It prevents all the cities and castles of Westeros from becoming smouldering heaps of nothing.

    We are not having Bolton/yroownwood and stark/martell as bager stated one player always ends up owning two factions and I want different players taking those spots as I see many young bloods miss out and it's not fair. Hope u understand
