Kea - all the buildings are using the kingdoms ones, you need to use ancient era buildings to make the mod more realistic. Maybe ask the Bello Mundi team for there buildings as they use ancient era ones in here mod which is due for release any day now!

Mr Kriegtooth: Take my cfg file and overwrite with yours. It'll give you sound back.
I managed to get it fixed by messing with the CFG Also had resolution problems. Alls well now though, should have editted my message XD But im sure someone else will need that
Anyway, this mod is in early beta, right? I think the Balkan coast needs a faction
Everything else looks great though. Not encountering any bugs, graphics look amazing
I too took some time to install the new .97 version. Its a great improvement on the latest version, and played a custom battle SPQR against Carthage, on V/H, and victory was all mine. Also I think that unit size should be increased, even on Huge Units size.

It indeed is extremly beta (and any help would be appriciated). But I don't think that we need a faction on the Balkan coast. Epeirus would rather be a spawned faction in Italy (the AI cannot really deal with posessions seperated by water). Another option would be a playable Epeirus in some kind of sub mod.
But what I don't understand is why you removed the outstanding great harbor of Carthage?
Could you place it back there again?

As of right now, everything looks great. In fact, im honestly surprised its "extremely beta" Only thing I find disconcerting is all the rebel territories over there
And I'd just make Eprius anyway, and playable. At certain times, they would get a scritped stack land in Southern Italy. Its kind of a cheat if you are playing as them, but it'd work for the AI, and I feel that area looks..really naked
Werent there some Illyrian tribes running around too?
I mean the model on campaign map, the one outside Carthage itself. It was visible in 0.96 version but not in 0.97.
Will it appear if I construct the harbour in Carthage?
But there are no merchants in the mod. I personally liked it much better when the model was there to represent the real harbour.
If you have time and will could you upload a fix where the model is replaced?
It would surely gain you lot of reps and the mod some attention!

I need a little help. After installing to this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War" , when I run m2tw kingdoms, it stops working and it says Medieval 2 total war encountered an unspecified error and will now exit. HELP PLEASE
