Total War Rome 2 New map!

Hello guys i recreated Rome 2 campaign map from the new stuff we were getting from CA, the map has all its provinces and regions and most of the city locations and their names.

(its in flash you can download Big resolution images and flash map has some cool stuff added to it, you can hide city locations faction starting points, regions, province names and city names to see better and much more).

If you see something in the map that i did wrong/incorrect or you have some new information that map doesn't have post a comment here i will it and update the map (when you poste new stuff please include a link to back it up).

Programs used to create this map: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash.

I will be updating it constantly.

Map Updates:

-More citys added with their names and locations.
-For city names stroke added for better visibility.
-Naval borders corrected.
-Some province and Region borders corrected.
-Epirus color slightly changed so it can be more visable.
-City icons changed
-For Carthage and Egypt regions added that i forgot.
-You can now hide city locations and city names separetly.
-Province names added and button to hide it added.
-Full screen Button added.
-Wallpapers created and download added.

Map Updates:

-Fixed colors for Egypt, Pantus and Parthia (Egypt-Dark Blue, Pontus-Yellow, Parthia-Dark Purple).
-Rivers and lakes added.
-Region capital cities now have different color icons and circle around it.
-Rome 2 mouse cursor.
-Added support the project! button (if you like the map you can support the project, i would really appreciate it).
-Added 7 wonders of the world (on mouse over box pop-out with description).
-Removed Full screen button instead added hide/show button for 7 world wonders.
-Zoom capabilities and hand draging(you can now zoom in with mouse wheel and hold the left mouse click to drag the map around).
-Images that u can download are updated and new painting map added.
-And some minor things fixed.

Guys when rome 2 get released do you want me to create alot better map(graphicly) with features like : every city will have difficulty rating (for reagion capital from 5 to 10 stars and for settlements from 1 to 5 stars) how hard is to capture that city and rating for how much profitable will be if you did capture it, so u can plan your conquest and see more clearly what path to take in conquering. I have a lot more ideas for the map its just do you need it or want it. POST A COMMENT AND TELL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS OR YOUR*

1. Colours of Egypt (new=dark blue) and Pontus (new=yellow) are wrong
2. Loading is veeeery slowly (!)
3. suggestions:
- Add 7 World Wonders (Pyramids,...) with info
- Add Provincial resources (with info)
- Add the 3 navigable rivers, because they have strategic value
- Please differ between province capital city locations (sieges) and normal settlement locations (like on this map: http://www.pictureshack.us/view_6589...ionsMap004.png)
- It's not clear to which provinces island regions are belonging. Therefore it would be good if you can make it clear (like on this map: http://www.pictureshack.us/view_6589...ionsMap004.png)

If i want bigger i will need to creat a new map start from scratch it prob wont happen but we will see right now i am focused at improving this one.

I dont understand, its just a picture or its an real map for the game ? If yes how its possible, CA have not release tools mods for Rome II... i dont understand...

Map is created based on the info we got from Creative Assembly, provinces and regions are 100% accurate but we still don't have all city names i will be updating it soon again will be adding like diffrent icons for province capitals, 7 world wonders more citys and some more cool stuff...

Impressive work Dare91! Forgive me if I seem greedy, but do you think you could continue to update the map once the game comes out, to include resources and farmland? One of the best resources I ever found for Shogun was a fan-made map with similar info, I planned all my conquests on that.

yes i will continue updating it until there is nothing else to update maybe i even make game like to make your conquest planning easier u can chose a faction and then click on regions that u want to conquer they will turn in the color of your faction and will be marked with numbers lets say u click on a region that u want to conquer the region will turn into color of your faction and will be marked as number 1 (first region conqured) then when u click on the next region that u want to conquer it will be marked 2 and so on and at the end u can save/extract coquest via button and u will have a jpg (u wont have to paint every region every time like this it would be much faster) and for sake of fun it my even have little animations when u click on region there will be dust and soldiers fighting just a thought but that all depends on you guys if it gets popular i will make it for sure but if it dosnt i probably wont so support me as much as u can and i will make u a whole game lol .

Next update in 2-3 days with new cool stuff but i have a question bicause i cant edit the thread should i make a new thread when i update the map? (becasue the link to the map will be different and i will have to post the things that i updated) i dont wan't people to think i am spamming or there is some way to edit?
