    Icon1 Mordor's Call script v1.2 for MOS 1.41 & MOS 1.41 EMM

    What is it?
    This is script that each 10 turns spawns some armies that come into Mordor and become cotrolled by Mordor. Armies that can be spawned: Easterlings, Southrons, Orcs and Corsairs. I saw tLotR: RotK and heart there one phrase "
    - Our enemy is ready. His full strength's gathered. Not only Orcs, but Men as well. Legions of Haradrim from the south, mercenaries from the coast. All will answer Mordor's call." - Gandalf. So i've decided to base a script on this phrase.
    Script is compatible only with MOS 1.41 & MOS 1.41 EMM. It also included in MOS 1.5.
    I

    Installation:
    -Open archive;
    -Open Third_Age_3 directory;
    -Replace and overwrite all.
    -Run Cleaner.bat

    Changelog:
    v 1.2
    -Added Half Men for Southrons;
    -Added Olog-Hai for Orcs;
    -Added Corsair's armies(ships and stacks);
    -Balanced financial situation: Spawned armies not free so each they spawn you will got your money back;
    -Fixed southron's spawning;
    -If Black Gates not owned by Mordor easterlings will no spawn;
    -If Minas Morgul not owned by Mordor southrons will no spawn;
    -If Barad-Dur not owned by Mordor orcs will no spawn;
    -If East-Osgiliath not owned by Mordor corsairs will no spawn;
    -If Mordor will return above settlements back these armies will spawn again;
    -Added more kinds of general's portraits.

    v 1.1

    -
    Added more kinds available units;
    -Spawned armies have got different composition of units;
    -Fixed spawn error. Now armies can't spawn at the same turn or with interval less or more then 10 turns;
    -Added missing unit cards.

    battle_models.modeldb seems corrupt for me... It makes a CTD at starting the game. Do I need it, or the game will go without it?

    Edit: I have EMM mod for MOS, it makes the trouble i think...

    Yeah it makes a problem. Anyway you can wait i specially for you will make MOS EMM compatible version

    It would be great, thanks!

    At the moment im trying to make mordor a 'bit' stronger, almost invincible, as it were in the book and film. I just messing around with the different descr.txt files, but i couldnt manage with the modeldb ones... But this mod would be great for this effort

    Please, look first post near Download links. There are available MOS 1.41 EMM compatible version. Don't forget to run Cleaner.bat in main Third_Age_3 dir.

    So, if I use the Eastern Shadows script plus this script, Mordor becomes quite unstoppable? these armies will be controlled by Mordor?

    Not. Eastern Shadow as i know spawns full army, but not so often. This script spawns not big armies each 10 turns after the campaign start. I think that Mordor will become strong faction but not unstoppable
    And yes these armies are controlled by Mordor

    This is not big script that each 10 turns spawns not big armies that come into Mordor. Armies that can be spawned: Easterlings, Southrons and Orcs


    I might be dumb but I can't really understand what this script does exactly. Can you please explain better, I play MOS with EMM regularly so I might be interested; furthermore, please clarify if this substitute/remove/overlap with the existing spam scripts for Mordor.

    it shouldn't affect eastern shadows script..

    every ten turns it generates a small force of haradrim Rhun or orc soldiers under mordors command

    be aware i haven't tested this properly as i have broken directors cut somehow :

    So look how does it works:
    You have started a new campaign(anything faction you want). If you accepted this script: Mordor will get a little armies of easterlings/haradrim/orcs each 10 turns. Got it?

    Works ok, but mine seems to spawn only a orc or rhun general and 3 elite units of rhun or orcs every 20 turns. have no seen harad on turn 90 now.

    Question for you: If I have seperate installs for vanilla TATW and MOS (using the Kingdoms launcher and different folder names) are there any files in here that need to be edited to recognize their new location? I was made aware that it screwed with a couple other files, and I'd rather check before hand than bugger up my installs.

    If you're not sure what I mean, perhaps this quote can explain it more clearly:

    EDIT: I got impatient and tried it without waiting for an answer. Either I installed it wrong (and I'd be very embarassed, because I thought I did it by your directions, or it DOES cause problems. I'm getting an unspecified error whenever I try to play MOS now. And yes, I checked to be sure that I am NOT using the EMM version, because I don't use EMM.

    1.2 is working well now. Do you have a full list of units that can be spawned?

    @Ulfgard as i understood you you wish to use 2 differ submods and one of them is MOS, right? So you have to check if you have got MOS 1.41, you have to check if you downloaded this file: Mordor's Call script v1.2.zip and if you did it right please, give me your system.log file 'coz problem can be anywhere.

    @TmoR199 there is a full list of them:
