By the time HE reach Rhun they should have an army that can wipe the floor with the whole map! Rhun is bloody tough for their traditional enemies (SE, Dwarves, Dale). SE will get raped by their cavalry, Dwarves will drop like flies against javelin throwers and horse archers and Dale has a pathetic roster. So yeah, Rhun is difficult to fight.

Gondor is pretty good against them as well. HE is just the best.

Gondor and HE are good against all factions because they have a balanced roster with OP elites. Rhun is the only faction beside those two with a truly balanced roster, that's why it is the most difficult evil faction to fight. Harad can be hard but when you learn how to fight them it becomes extremely easy because of their lack of heavy infantry and Mordor is a joke without the Nazgul because it simply has no cavalry. A balanced, high-tier Rhun stack has no weaknesses.

Yes, but those Bacloth are nasty against cavalry until you get into melee with them.

They have one weakness, especially if you're playing as Dale or another heavy archer faction. If you prioritise their cavalry, you can shoot down the lot of them before they do any harm. If that stack has too much cavalry, fight them in settlements. Attack so you can pick the weather conditions and the enemy will allow you to come to them instead of them rushing you.
