8.0 already? Looks like I've got a fair amount of catching up to do. Is there a full list of changes anywhere, cant see anything on the OP?

Amazons Total War 8.0A had the new text translated to 12 languages, thank translators for all their supports.

A new Amazons Total War mod file is been uploaded to the server sites.

Changes are

1. revised game options
2. corrected Carthage officer leading rebel troop in N. Africa bug as reported by Dragour
3. corrected Libyan Desert Infantry missing mid-tier recruitment building also as reported by Dragour.
4. change text for Quest Campaign to make clear that the Quest is an archaeological discovery.
5. change picture for Quest Campaign
6. removed obsolete load screens

A new mod-file has been uploaded to address a newly discovered bug while in the midst of the new campaign.

I have to eat my own words, the third download site is still not working properly. You might ended with 7.0 file instead of 8.0 file, we are working with the site admin on it.

A new Amazons Total War is at work, this time with our long time supporter turned modder Wheelie Paul making a new line of unit cards for the project.

What about hotseat?

In Lord of the rings total war you could play some factions simultaneously.

I would want to play more than one faction if it's possible?

Not with our current setup, because although hotseat is easy to implement, it really is just a Console Command, there are known bugs with switching factions in RTW game engine which renders the AI not able to act as it would be or even locks up the game. You can just do a search on prior posts on Rome Total War forum on "Manually switch factions".

The Amazons Total War has faetures no other mod has, and to add the buggy hotseat feature will complicate the testing matrix exponentially.

If you just purchased or are thinking of purchaing RTW Gold Edition, please be advised of the above.

It has been confirmed that Steam finally got more CD keys to allow player to purchase RTW Gold online from Steam and being able to play.
Many players who downloaded the Amazons Total War were having difficulty playing the game because the software is downloaded but they have no licensed key to play, now looks like the problem has been resolved.
