Based on the discussion in this thread what are your opinions on a system of tax for nobles?

Knights would pay tax to their direct liege lord (the one who knighted them and/or gave them land). Barons and above would pay tax to their King, or in the case of a civil, their commanding overlord.

1. Tax at 1 pound every Friday.

2. Tax at 1/2 pound every Friday.

3. No fixed tax. If it is to be so then let the king (or officer of state in charge of the treasury) decide when and how much.
