Can someone import NTW unit part models to S2TW?

I can't import NTW's unit parts ( arms,legs,tosos,helmets etc. ) to S2TW. Can someone? I try, but the S2TW Unit Editor ( in Assembly Kit) crashed. NTW's and S2TW's unit part model file name: *.variant_part_mesh , it's same, but different or similar folder structure. I don"t know the cause of the CTD. Please help!

S2TW models are different from NTW ones. Their skeleton has more joints (bones).

To import NTW unit parts to S2TW you will have :

To convert NTW model to .fbx file format
- exporting NTW .variant_part_mesh to .ms3d file format using VPM converter
- exporting export .ms3d model to .fbx using MilkShape
or
- exporting export NTW .variant_part_mesh to .fbx file format using Ultimate Unwrap 3D + ETW/NTW plugin
To import .fbx model into 3ds max 2010
To modify model (add S2TW skeleton and rework skin modifier)
To export .max model to cs2 file format using CA .max exporter
To process BoB to create files using S2TW file formats
