From all over the Empire legions move towards Italy in order to get Rome.

As Egypt and Julii are at war now, a temporary cesefire(5/10 turns) would allow my great nation to recover from the economic shock and gain the upper hand in the civil war.(a time and troop consuming war).
What is Egypt's position in this?

Mmm. I cannot GARUNTEE such a peace. Pontus, Greece, and parthia have vacated the eastern arena, and armenia has only a single settlement left. Egypt has no reason not to look west. The Egyptian pharoah is honourable, and sees the imperial family as a kindred spirit. As such, he can garuntee that he shall not strike in the next couple of turns, but i cannot set a specific limit as to for how long we shall be at peace. After, swords and spears shall clash, and they shall sing of our war throughout the ages.

Though the beachhead at Byzantium is sure to become stuffed with Egiptian armies(as the fleets heading there indicate) it shall be a prime place for an allout ofensive.Your spies scout all of greece now i see and that is to be our battle ground in the near future.
In the meantime, the civil war rages on and the armies of the Julii advance relentesly towards ROME.

UUh i saw it ungarnisoned and didn't realised you did that to grow the settlement .Send an army on the island and i shall evacuate the settlement to a fleet(you'll get it already upgraaded as the next settlement level is under construction).I am sorry for this inconvenience.
By your reply earlier it was nt clear to me that you granted a NAP or you just prepared to attack.

As for the civil war, i still struggle against the scipii mainy and i prepare to attack rome(i am scarred of those high experienced and good armour units of the Senate and i think they'll take a high told on my troops).

Is Armenia still holding out?
