How do I point the KGCM 3.0 installer to my steam directory?

I've been looking for a guide for this, but does anybody know ? I just need to point the file to the right directory before it tells me that I don't have a correct install.

Hi there,

the bad news is: you can't do what you want to do (as it says in the text of the 3.0 installer).
The good news: Stylix has made an installer that installs 3.0, patch 4.2 and patch 4.3 in one go. Using this installer (called KGCM stand alone v4.3) and ONLY this installer, you can get KGCM to work on Steam.

There are two steps to this:
1) read post #11 of the following thread: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...-work-on-Steam and follow the instructions to the letter, after you have done step 2 below
2) download the KGCM stand alone v4.3 from the dropbox link in the following thread: http://hmtw2.foroactivo.com/t349-kin...nd-campaign-43

I got it all working just now and can't wait to start a new campaign!
