Building bonusses?

hi,

just downloaded this mod,
big fan but while i was exploring the united provinces buildings browser i saw you updated naval colleges bonusses making them having an impact on trade routes and recruitment but the dutch have a special final tier update, which actually trades, recruitment bonusses and trade bonusses for a measly +1 hapiness????
are the previous bonusses kept or is this a real issue???
and if so, should we expect the same thing in all "faction specific buildings" as ottoman naval school, prussian barracks, austrian and french courthouses?????

i will have to check, anyway intention was to keep these bonuses with upgrades. maybe it is an oversight, and i will fix this with a patch.
