CTDs when openig unit info cards

So when I open an unit info card on the campaign map the interface gets often crashed. All clickable buttons turn into a piece of the unit picture and a few seconds later the game freezes - CTD.

This problem makes the game unplayable for me.
I installed the mod correctly and use version 2, patch 2.

Other mods like SS, TATW, CoW and also vanilla MTW work fine it´s just in this mod.

That issue should have been fixed with the second patch (Corrected wrong unit pic sizes for Spain faction), which faction's unit pics are you clicking?
