I plan on finishing every single custom settlement before the next real release. As some people understand, custom settlements are probably the most time consuming and massively extensive part of modding in this engine for various reasons. It's safe to say with this knowledge that we probably won't get a new version for a long time. In addition to that, Sigma, a piece of work I consider massively more important to me then this mod, will be going on Kickstarter soon since engine license issues have turned away publishers and I need funding to develop a new unlicensed engine. Thirdly, I've been hired by Sony (technically they are the publisher, the studio I work for is called Elemental Labs) and am the lead Environmental Designer for a third party PS4 game. I'm mentioning all of this because even if it seems like I'm not announcing five bajillion things a week like I used to, I'm still on these forums every day and will likely be working on settlements. I'll attempt to get screenshots of them up on a weekly basis.
