I'm superduper excited for the addition of Egypt!!!! I'm def. gonna want to start playing with Egypt. Now I can't wait!!! Which nation will you start playing with??

Their have been many threads on this I know, even if I don't frequent this part of the forum, but since they have all been announced I will vote as well.

I will probably play as Arverni, Iceni, Carthage, or Parthia (due to their position). I did originally want to play as Carthage, or Gauls, but I will most likely start with the Iceni. I really do like their position. I personally like to play away from central positions and major powers so I can grow a feeble faction to a mighty faction and work my way across the map from a fortified position.

I can't wait to restore glory to the Macedonians and Greeks and show the world who has the greatest military and culture of the time.

Macedonian Phalanx, Greek Hoplites, Champion Cavalry, Light cavalry, Peltasts, and Archers and you got yourself a nearly unbeatable army when used right. I can't wait to prove that once the game is out.

I'm definitely going with Macedon first since I just have to try and recreate Alexander's old empire After them it's going to be either Rome or Parthia.

Parthia first. Carthage second. Egypt third. Suebi fourth.

Will end up playing as all and modded non-playables like Scythia but Rome probably last. Unless there is some fun Rome mechanic with the Senate and stuff, which I'm excited about.

I just hope CA puts as much into Eastern and barbarian and steppe diplomacy.

Apart from Rome for obvious reasons in all honesty I don't really like any of those factions. Although they was never going to find there way in there I wanted to play as an Iberian tribe or Armenia. Hopefully we'll get some new faction dlc pretty soon.

I will start with the Suebi.
An easy faction far away from the major powers. So I can concentrate on the unification of Germania and build up my economy before sacking the Mediterranean World.

I always pick Rome/major faction to make myself familiar with the new systems. Cause you know, the biggest faction will always be the most detail one, and had the most features. Next I will pick another major power to test out my strats / understanding. Then I will perfect my way of playing and craft myself the most successful Greek Empire forever !!!! Seems my only choice then will be Macedon 0.0 but I love Greek Cities & Seleucid more

After that it's gonna be a hellenistic faction; probably Macedon (or Seleucids if we will see them)
