am i the only one sick of hearing people whine and complain about something that can EASILY be modded out?

there is a thread for this discussion , perhaps is better discuss about it all there , and yes anyway I do not want to be forced to mod myself the proper turns per year ... the 90% of people want 4 turns or at least 2 but no one wants 1 only ....

CA should use my sugestion to have a options slider that sets the turn per years as much as you want from 4 to 2 to 1 .... so everybody is happy ...

Though i am not sure how CA will deal with the seasons since its 1 turn a year....I agree whats said by PROMETHEUS.

I don't give a flying duck. If I now play for 360 turns (or more, preferably more) with 1 year a turn, or i just play 360 turns with 4 turns a year.. i'll still have my bloody 360 turns. Who says the game even counts in years and not just in.. y'kno, turns?
What does it matter? Oh yeah! Seasons! Oh wait.. the soldiers equipment doesn't match with the season at hand! Oh no! My whole game play broken..

he's not a troll. i'm sick and freaking tired of loosers on here crying about stupid stuff that can easily be fixed. they spend their entire time talking about how this isn't factual, or this is gonna look bad, or the 1 turns is gonna ruin the game. i mean seriously? ca is coming out with this amazing game, and all i hear mostly is whines and complains.. grow up.. let them do their job. play the game. if u dont like something, fix it in a mod.

There will be 1 turns per year and each year will alternate between seasons. Seasons also will be depending on areas so winter in Carthage is not the same as winter in in Britain. Everyone can get their seasosn and their marian reform in 107bc.

Great just what we needed, another stupid thread whining about people critical about the turns per year... Also to the OP, how are you so sure modding the turns per year will be EASY in Rome 2? CA has said several times the structure of the campaign map has changed completely, so the old way of modding turns might not be the same in Rome 2. Also at 1 turn per year, if there is no seasonal variance, then modding in 4 turns which accurately represent each season will be almost impossible, as you would have to create all the seasonal visuals for both the campaign map and battle maps.

At least come up with an example that makes sense. The one who should be playing with the ball would be you - because that's the one thing that will be actually real. Real, the way you want it to be so perfectly. No unrealistic turnings of the ball, no unrealistic wind blows to the ball, no unrealistic colors and physics. Almost a dream come true.

No, I happen to play games just BECAUSE they're games and not reality. That's the whole concept of games, you see - it IS not real. The day you'll realize that, you may finally start to appreciate and enjoy the work that is done by others.
Whatever you dislike, you can mod away, or fantasize about - who knows you can then claim it's one of your idea's they've implemented and feel all important again.

i understand people not liking the 1 turn seasons, but honestly. CA is going to do what they want to do. so instead of whining about something to deaf ears, why not enjoy it? CA i'm sure has a plan, an outline, and their own idea of how to make the game. There are thousands of posts on here that are meaningless. Who Cares? let them do their job, how they see fit. U guys sound like little babies, that didn't get your extra sweet roll that night.
