Default Need recommendation for good racing game

As tittle is saying, I want to play some good ,new 2010+ racing game for PC. Street race preferably ,with tuning car etc. Something like NFS underground 2 or Midngiht club 3(for PS) it would be good if both motorcyles and pickups are included (like in Midnight club). So, any suggestions?

You can play good old Rome and face the Seleucids in battle. Their chariots will give you a race . Had to do it - I'm hardly the racing gamer. My last racing was Mario 64.

Gues my only recommendations would be mario kart games and crash team racing for the Playstation 1.

It's the only kind of race games that I enjoy.

Are you after an arcade type of racing or more of a simulation?

definitly not dirt 3, unless you like paying for half a game and unlock the rest by paying for it

Well it's PC ,how much realistic it can be. I want career mode where I can tune car, compete with AI and street race, also large variety of cars and not paying to unlock each one of them definitely helps.
