civil war for rome faction?

Hello, i have a question. Is planning a roman civil war in the campaign?

Mich würde es interessieren ob es für den Römischen Spieler bei Fortgeschrittenem Spielstand eine möglichkeit auf einen Bürgerkrieg gibt ( so wie in Roma Surrectum 2)

The answer is no. If the developers did that, they would have to "waste" a faction slot on Roman rebels when the slot could be used for a newer faction. If they had Roman rebels, they would also need rebels for many other factions, and there would be no other factions.

This mod is not called Europa Romanorum. Every faction has to be treated equally as history permits.
If you want a Roman civil war then stick with RS2 and RTR; period.

but there are some faction slots left and they will be for the first release. who knows maybe they will not filled in the future by other factions?

and if the Romans are going to have many military reforms (like EB1) and many new units, maybe it'll worth it to have a civil war even if it will be only for the Romans. Many new units to be put in good use would be a great thing, a late campaign challenge for the first time.

There are other ways of depicting civil war, maybe through general traits, such as disloyal, rebelious, etc., so I guess they won't use up one faction slot for a second roman faction that would basically be the same in every aspect. Gone are tha days of RTW vanilla when you had 3 roman factions and the difference was the colour.

I am pretty sure all faction slots will be used in the end. Scratch that, I am more than certain!
