    I have been playing a 30 unit Campaign with Open Beta Update 9. This has given me a great game playing as Great Britain. France and Russia have been very agressive, taking out most of the minor countries, and do not seem keen to make any alliances. However I have run into a Campaign problem where France has become bogged down, slowing the game to a crawl and taking upwards of 1 half hour to make a move? This is a CAI problem, not hardware. Any ideas? Will the beta 10 update make any change? Can I run it in my 30 Unit campaign?

    Hi Darth,

    I just gave a try to beta 10 and the CAI is much more aggressive. I think you have the right combo here.
    As for the BAI the cohesion of the lines is better. The melees are really impressive. The only issue I see is the CAV which tends to be suicidal in some instances as it attacks head on without infantry support.
    Cav behavior was better in beta 3. Final issue I saw is the AI keeping 4 inf units in reserve ( skirmishers and light inf) in a corner of the map not doing anything. Too bad because they could have turned the battle in AI favor since
    it broke my center and took out part of my arty. These additional units would have made the difference.

    Centaure! I never thought I have made such a good blood mod before seeing this picture! Thank you!

    A new update 11 is uploaded. It should be the last one. Tomorrow I will try to upload the full version so please give it a try asap and tell me your thoughts about BAI now.

    Excellent!! I have only played one battle but the synchronisation is almost perfect! When inf charges it is with 2 units together and one following the other check out the pic below. It is unbeatable your inf has a hard time standing up to it so ou need to react quickly. I thought there was the right balance of firing and melee. Cav is doing much better as it attacks after inf has made initial contact. It forces you to form square and at the same AI inf is firing at you. It makes for very enjoyable battles. The only thing that could be improved is that I saw from time to time cav stopping or slowing down while charging. Otherwise it is a great achievement. Bravo

    PS. Of course 40 Unit saves will be fixed in Full release.

    For some reason i just cant get into the Campaign i mean does this update make it shorter, it feels so short the campaign and it is over before i even start, i only play this mod for the battles because they are perfect IMO with this update, the campaign just seems to short and really hard no matter the difficulty i have it on

    The battles are just fantastic. I don't think the BAI has been better than this. Darth this is a masterpiece the way inf and cav attack and defend together it is really something. The only issue I spotted in the last of my 3 battles with Beta 11 is the arty firing and then moving up but it was only 1 time out of 3. So Great work!!

    Perhaps its disabled as Darth said the 2.7 full is going up soon (yesterday in fact) perhaps tonight now...

    Aaa do anyone knows when we could start downlading files from twcenter? i read previous posts and its still broke. Should i wait for full relase ? Also im waiting for Empire full release.(8.1 plantinum) Do you upload them together ?
