"War and Peace" Overhaul Mod (Russian?)

Has ANYONE seen the whereabouts of the mod featured in this video?

It looks to be pretty awesome, with well organized large armies and semi-realistic combat stats.
But as an english speaking american player, I can't find it, and suspect it's a strictly Russian mod.

Any clues?

Well? Who do we have a fluent bilingual enough to translate this awesome mod for twcenter?

I've downloaded "War & Peace" version 1.39, and I am prepared to run it in Russian for kicks (I'll play as Russia and it'll just add to the immersion for me), but this mod should be shared.

Besides, it's as much an amalgamation of mods as DM, Toon, and LME.

Is Bogdanov (the lead modder) represented here under a different name?

How did you managed to open the spoilers, i click on them and nothing happens dammit!

Firstly, you must be registered to their site in order to use their links.
Secondly, you must open any spoilers BEFORE translating the text on that page.

If you have enabled auto-translation, disable it.

Translation filters can interfere with normal page behaviors.

That vid looks like much fun. But I see a few problems in it. Most notably is AI bunching and suicidal general. I liked seeing the enemy units file marching to their flanks without reforming.

Then as the basis of the concept of tne mod is the scale of 1:3 to display.

I draw your attention that the mechanical translation is not suitable as the meaning of many of the actions do not correspond to the original. The standard message in the battle will look ridiculous

This is awesome. But it is difficult for twcenter members to download and install this mod.
