All Celts now mostly use English does it makes them Anglo-Saxons ? Tartars speak mostly Russian and Lappish people mostly use Swedish,Norwegian. Apaches.Comanches speak English.
So what Celts are not indiginous Brits they came-occupied-influenced ,but later . Celts and Picts don't come from one root .
