Site Upgraded

I've gotten like five emails now cos of the same post in a subscribed thread and I got them all after I first read the post. Anyone else noticed this?

Okay.. so I thought I posted... apparently not.

So again, I started to see major lag earlier this evening, then the 403s. I've had to change my IP address multiple times just to get back online.

I use my Galaxy to confirm if I'm blocked, change my IP and wa la I'm back on.

Dropped here just to see if this "not found" and "can't charge" errors where only mines, it looks like its a common issue

Anyway, I've another problem, not sure it is the correct place where to ask, but as it started few days ago after the site update I think it might be correlated; basically, when I post or reply I can't start a new paragraph when writing (when I press "enter" nothing happens and the cursor remains there) I waited to see if it resolves, but now it becomed to be annoying. Any suggestion on why this happens? I know I might look stupid, but I really tried everything on my own. Using IE 10 it gives me this problem, not with FF. thanks

another related question

are the PMs disabled? I tried to sent two, it goes all the way and looks ok, but I have no reference in my sent items folder and I haven't received any feedback to my PMs, which basically means they haven't been delivered.
